Can we bring food onboard?
You are welcome to bring your own food on board, and actually we recommend at least some snacks (the fish love crisps too!).
If you would like to find out about our available food packages, please just let us know as we have some great 3rd party providers that we work with all the time that specialise in making your boat day special.
What drinks are included?
We provide a great and comprehensive drinks package as part of our boat rentals. This is usually more than enough for everyone to enjoy their day out and includes rose wine, white wine, cava, beers, water and branded soft drinks.
If you would prefer to have us add a drinks package for a special occasion (champagne, premium brands etc), please get in touch for a quote.
What happens if I’m late for my charter?
We always arrange a meeting time that is 15 minutes prior to your charter time so that there is time to sign the rental agreement forms, pay any outstanding balance and answer any questions as you are escorted to your boat. Unfortunately if you arrive later than the start time of your charter, your allotted time can not be extended to make up for any time missed. The charter will always end at the time stated on the original booking.
Can I extend my charter and stay out longer than my allotted time?
If the boat you are on is not already booked for a charter following on from yours, then we can extend. A price can be calculated by contacting us and you can decide there and then if you’d like to proceed. Also for obvious reasons, a sunset charter cannot be extended after sunset as charters are only legally allowed out with passengers during daylight hours.
What happens if the weather isn’t good on the day of booking?
Your safety is our primary concern and we have no intention of sending our customers out into tropical storms just to ensure that the booking goes through. That said, all boat charters take their lead from the captains. If the captain says that it is safe to go out, then the charter will happen. Although Ibiza has 300 days of sunshine a year, we can’t 100% guarantee that the sun will shine on every charter.
If it is not deemed safe to go out on that particular time, every effort will be made to rearrange for a different date that is satisfactory for everyone. That said, if it’s not possible to rearrange, a full refund will be arranged.
What happens if I cancel?
As a rule, deposits are non-refundable. That said, if there is sufficient time to replace your booking with another booking, we will refund any deposit you have paid. We cannot guarantee that this will be possible, but will do what we can to make sure it happens. Obviously a last minute cancellation won’t allow us any time to rebook the charter, and the deposit will be forfeited.
